Procedure

Reserving a Room

  1. Request an application OR you may also print the application from the web
  2. Fill out application and send it along with your deposit of $200.00 to:
    • Cedar Ridge Properties, LLC
      P. O. Box 117
      Moroni, UT 84646
  3. (All Checks/Money Orders must be made out to Cedar Ridge Properties. LLC)

  4. Cedar Ridge Properties will send a contract to you after receiving your deposit and application, if there is a room available.  If there is not a room availiable, your entire deposit will be refunded.
  5.   You will then need to fill out and sign the contract and return it to the aforementioned address.

Due Dates

$200.00 Deposit is due at time of Application.

  • First Semester: July 15th — Payment of $750.00
  • Second Semester: August 15th — Payment of $750.00

(If paid by July 15th, you will receive a $25 discount.  (Making  Second semester total of $725.00)

NOTE: There is a $50.00 charge for any payment that is late.

Cancellation

  • Any cancellation of application or signed contract will result in a forfeit of the entire deposit.  Any cancellation of signed contract will result in forfeit of rent payment. You may sell your contract to a  new student upon approval of Management.
